LITTER ANNOUNCEMENT ATHAR BRID V HERLAND X ARION'S BATUQUE PUPS BORN JAN 31, 2008 It is likely that Arion's Batuque is the best female Arion Bouvier ever. She is joyful, a working fool, a great mother and an effective protector, soon to be Ring Sport titlist. As if that weren't enough, she was also judged as excellent and awarded 2nd place out of 5 open bitches by esteemed French breeder judge Jean Charles Masson. At the same NAWBA championships she wowed everyone with her speed and commitment in the NAWBA character and courage tests. Athar-Brid von Herland is our young martial artist who is a real jock full of youthful vigor. Both parents are very responsive to training, very affectionate and not handler aggressive. They are really good performance dogs and will title easily and well as soon as our trainer, Joey Leigh of Atlanta Working Dog Club, gives the thumbs up for trials. These pups are suitable working prospects for any of the protection sports and other performance sports. There may be a potential police dog in the group as well. PEDIGREE Arion's Circe x Luca Zigo von Elton's Home Arion's Circe is a fun loving and affectionate female who nevertheless takes protection seriously. She is a great family dog. Luca comes from solid Dutch police background. His father was one of the best KNPV BOuviers ever, garnering the PH 2 with honors. Elton's Home is one of the best traditional working Bouvier kennels in Holland. Luca has a calm demeanor and is social but will vigorously protect his owner. This litter was co-bred with Kristin Micik of Nocturne's Den Bouviers in Oregon. We have one very nice female pup available on the east coast and another female available on the west coast. Virtus Virtus is one of my very favorite dogs, a serious and loyal male, fun loving but a good protector. He fathered two of my best dogs, Batuque and Arion's Wizard's Opus who lives in Oregon. He is just a little over 7 and deserves a home where he is the center of attention. He would be great for a person concerned with protection. Virtus has obedience and basic ring sport training. He could be trained for his brevet and ring 1 very easily. Call for more details. General Availability As a breeder, I often find myself having to pay attention to some dogs more than others whom I love equally well. When this happens and I feel that a particular dog deserves to be the brightest star for a special person, then I attempt to find just the right home. Knock on wood, so far the dogs I breed tend to live long and prosper, so the new owners get many years of joy from a loyal dog who is no longer a pup but who is vital, energetic and a bit more sensible than a pup.
